Further information
Berlin in winter is best seen from the water – with a cozy mulled wine in your hands. Our Christmas Mulled Wine Cruise is a 1-hour cruise through the heart of the city, starting at the pier of Reederei Hadynski by Friedrichsbrücke, right opposite Berlin Cathedral.
Grey skies, drizzle or snow? No problem: our boat is heated and wonderfully cozy. Stay warm in the lounge with large panoramic windows while Berlin's sights glide past. Mulled wine, hot drinks and snacks are available at the bar on board – and you're welcome to stay on board a little longer.
The route passes Berlin Cathedral, the historic Nikolaiviertel and the Mühlendamm lock, continues along Museum Island (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with the Bode Museum and Pergamon Museum, and reaches the government district with the Reichstag, the Chancellery and Berlin Central Station before returning through the historic center.
A live guide tells the stories of the city in English and German – with anecdotes and time for your questions.
The mulled wine cruises run from November 1 to December 31, every day except Tuesdays, including the Christmas holidays and New Year's Eve. Dogs are welcome on board.
The meeting point is at Anna-Louisa-Karsch-Straße 2, right at Friedrichsbrücke on the Spree, just a few minutes' walk from Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island. Please be at the pier 20 minutes before departure.
